  • "The Suna Minus 5 Programme worked a dream. I have been trying to lose 5kg for a long time but taking this on with weekly meetings and planning was easy. There were no food cravings, it was easy to follow and with a bit of exercise and diligence I got rid of 5kg in 5 weeks.
